Shipping and Return Policy

At Smarty Pear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with a Smarty Pear product, you can return your product for a refund within 90 days of purchase.

Only products purchased directly from smartypear.com are eligible for return, and proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt must be provided.

If you purchased a Smarty Pear product through Chewy or Amazon, please initiate a return on those sites.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. If needed, Smarty Pear will send a return label at a flat rate cost of $75 (deducted from refund amount).

Return Process

 

  • Contact Smarty Pear Customer Care at customercare@smartypear.com to initiate a return. Please provide your invoice number and a copy of your receipt. 
  • Repackage your product in the original box with all original packing materials and contents.
  • Return Check List
    1. Place the device right side up in the box 
    2. Remove all litter from the device
    3. Fully wipe down device (including drum interior)
    4. Ensure all original packaging is used to repackage device
    5. Ensure all accessories (manuals, power cord, litter mat, waste liner bags, and plushies) are included 
    6. Please report damages (if any) to customercare@smartypear.com prior to shipping
  • Purchase a shipping label. If you do not wish to purchase your own shipping label, your customer care representative will email one to you. A flat rate of $75 will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Receive your refund. Once we have received and processed your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process. Your bank may require additional days to apply the refund to your account.
