How many cats can the product support?
The Leo's Loo Too will easily support up to 4 cats.

How do I clean my Leo's Loo Too?
Once a month, you should follow these steps
Why am I getting excess clean litter in the waste drawer?
Overfilling will cause excess litter to dump into the waste drawer. Do not fill more than 2.2 gallons (10.0 L) / 13 pounds (5.9 kg). ONLY use clay clumping litter.
Why isn't my Leo's Loo Too rotating properly?

How often should I change my litter?
Once per month. See video
My Leo's Loo Too is not cleaning after my kitty is gone.
Please check to make sure your device is on Automaitic and not Manual. Go to the Smarty Pear App, select settings, and confirm cleanging mode is set to "Auto".
Where can I purchase replacement filters?

Every 1-3 Months.
Does Leo's Loo Too have a battery?
Leo's Loo Too only runs on AC Power. It must be turned on if the power goes out.
Why won't my Leo's Loo Too pair?
Click on this video for support. Also make sure you are pairing to a 2.4GHz network only.
How do I change settings?
Open the Smarty Pear app. From the home page, click on settings.
Do I need to keep my app running for the automatic function to work?
No, you can turn the device into auto mode and it will work automatically even if the app is not running.
How do I view previous weight and activity history?
Click on the calendar icon from the home page of the Smarty Per app to toggle from day to day.
Can more than one person pair to the device?
Only one user can pair the device. If another user pairs to the same device, the original pair will be disconnected. However, the primary user can share the device with up to 10 users.
How do I connect to Alexa?

What should I do if my device fails to connect to the network?
Ensure your device is connected to a 2.4 GHz (not 5GHz). Nearly all modern routers will run both. You may have to contact you ISP if you are not sure how to add 2.4 if not pairing.
What does a white light mean?
White Light Steady On: Automatic Mode, White Light Flashing Slowly: Connect Failure, White Light Flashing Quickly: Ready to Pair to App
What does a blue light indicate?
Blue Light Steady On: UV Sterilization Cycle Running, Blue Light Flashing Slowly: Weight Sensor Calibration

Why won't my Leo's Loo Too power on?
Hold button for 3 seconds until you hear one beep.
My power went out, do I need to repower my device?
Yes, hold for 3 seconds until you hear one beep. If you hold for longer than 3s, device will not power on.

How many cats can the product support?
The Leo's Loo will easily support up to 3 cats.
My Leo’s Loo keeps indicating that the waste drawer is full, but it’s not. How do I fix it?
This is likely a sensor issue. Please reference the Sensor Troubleshooting Guide here
Why isn't my Leo's Loo not rotating properly?
Please reseat the drum. See set up instructions. See video
My Leo’s Loo keeps displaying weight in kilograms (kg) instead of pounds (lb). How do I switch it?
You can switch between kilograms and pounds by long pressing the reset button. See an example here
My Leo's Loo is not cleaning after my kitty is gone.
Please check to make sure your device is on Automatic mode by looking on the screen to see if there is an "A". If there is an "M", you are in Manual mode. You can switch between Manual and Automatic modes by long pressing the button for 3 seconds. To cycle in Manual mode, short press the button. You may pause the cycle by short pressing the button again.
Where does the carbon filter bag go?
A: Each Leo’s Loo comes with a Smarty Pear green carbon filter pouch. Place it in the forward compartment of the waste drawer.
