What type of litter works best?
Our products are designed to work with clumping clay litter. Use of anything other than clumping clay litter can damage the internal components and will void the warranty. Any brand will work, but we suggest Dr. Elsey’s Ultra or Ultra+ Litter.
When acclimating kitty to a new style litter box, consider trying Dr. Elsey’s Cat Attract. This product offers the same superior clumping as Ultra, plus an herbal attractant that encourages appropriate litter box use.

How many cats can the product support?
The Leo's Loo Too will easily support up to 4 cats.

Why is there an extra compartment in the litter drawer?
Built-in storage! You can use it to store spare bags, additional carbon filters, or other scented products.
Where can I purchase more waste drawer bags?

How do I clean my Leo's Loo Too?
Once a month, you should follow these steps
Why am I getting excess clean litter in the waste drawer?
The drum may be overfilled. The Leo’s Loo Too is more efficient than a traditional box and needs less litter to operate. We suggest at most 2.2 gallons (10.0 L) / 13 pounds (5.9 kg), only to the “MAX” fill line.
Why isn’t the drum rotating properly?
The drum may have shifted during shipping. To reseat the drum, detach the top cover and inspect the drum alignment. It should be seated evenly in the gear track, with rear spindle aligned in holder at back of unit. Our monthly cleaning video shows this step.
How often should I change my litter?

Why is my Leo’s Loo Too not cleaning automatically?
Please make sure your device is set to Automatic and not Manual. Go to the Casa Leo App, select settings, and confirm cleaning mode is set to "Auto.” You can also adjust the Automatic Time Delay for cleaning cycles.
Where can I purchase replacement filters?
How often should filters be replaced?
Every 1-3 Months.
Does Leo's Loo Too have a battery?
Leo's Loo Too only runs on AC Power. It must be turned on if the power goes out.
Why won't my Leo's Loo Too pair?
Our walkthrough video may help. Also please make sure your home WiFi is a 2.4GHz network.
How can I customize features such as cleaning cycle delays or rotations per cycle?
From the app home page, tap on “Settings” located below the image of the Loo.
Do I need to keep my app running for the automatic function to work?
No, you can turn the device into auto mode and it will work automatically even if the app is not running.
How do I view previous weight and activity history?
From the app homepage, tap on the calendar icon to toggle between days.
Can more than one person pair to the device?
Only one user can pair the device. If another user pairs to the same device, the original pair will be disconnected. However, the primary user can share the device with up to 10 users.

What should I do if my device fails to connect to the network?
Ensure your device is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network (instead of 5 GHz). Nearly all modern routers will run both. If you’re not sure how to adjust your router you may have to contact your internet service provider.

How do I turn on my Leo’s Loo Too?
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, until you hear one beep.
My power went out, what do I do?
Once power has returned, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until you hear one beep. The unit will turn on and operate normally.

How many cats can the product support?
The Leo's Loo will easily support up to 3 cats.
My Leo’s Loo keeps indicating that the waste drawer is full, but it’s not. How do I fix it?
This is likely a sensor issue. Please reference the Sensor Troubleshooting Guide here
Why isn't my Leo's Loo not rotating properly?

My Leo’s Loo keeps displaying weight in kilograms (kg) instead of pounds (lb). How do I switch it?
You can switch between kilograms and pounds by long pressing the reset button. See an example here
My Leo's Loo is not cleaning after my kitty is gone.
Please check to make sure your device is on Automatic mode by looking on the screen to see if there is an "A". If there is an "M", you are in Manual mode. You can switch between Manual and Automatic modes by long pressing the button for 3 seconds. To cycle in Manual mode, short press the button. You may pause the cycle by short pressing the button again.
Where does the carbon filter bag go?
Each Leo’s Loo comes with our carbon filter pouch. Place it in the forward compartment of the waste drawer to help reduce odors.
